Hope.
Autonomy.
Resilience.
My counselling approach is centred on progress and moving forward. Life often presents us with moments where we feel stuck, and my goal is to collaboratively work with you to navigate these moments, uncover solutions, and ignite a sense of momentum towards your desired outcomes.
I understand that seeking support can be a courageous step, and I am here to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations freely. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-exploration and growth, empowering you to embrace your resilience and thrive in the face of adversity.
I firmly believe in the significance and importance of autonomy as the foundation for uncovering hope, which breathes new life into our resilience journey. I look forward to the opportunity to accompany you on this transformative path toward discovering your inner resilience and creating positive, meaningful changes in your life.

I employ an integrated counselling approach and aim to create a space where the client’s personal experience and authenticity are prioritized.
I believe that a collaborative therapeutic relationship is central to the counselling process. The fundamental principles underlying this relationship include empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. Through my training and experience, I recognize that each client brings their own unique experiences, values, needs, and resources to the space, which are fundamental in guiding the counselling process. In the counselling relationship, clients' own potentials are recognized as the core of an effective counselling process.
Given the variety of psychotherapy methods available, the counselling process starts by providing the client with a safe, collaborative dialogue environment. I take into account each client's uniqueness and personal needs. The collaborative counselling process aims to help clients identify, develop, and utilize resources that make them more effective agents of change, both within sessions and in their daily lives.
I have a special interest in working with adolescents, adults, families, and groups. My experience working with both children and adults, in individual and group settings, has led me to practice using an integrative approach. This approach draws on skills from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Sport Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
